A little about me
I fell in love with footwear the first time I heard my mother walk in heels. With almost 20 years of experience as a designer, I still get a jolt of excitement when a pair of my shoes stroll by on the street. I excel at creative design and am a total nerd for the technical process, namely comfort features — because we all know you can’t be present or powerful if your feet hurt. My designs have been in Anthropologie, American Rag, and Nordstrom — and graced the feet of Taylor Swift and Jessica Alba, and the pages of Elle Magazine, InStyle, and People StyleWatch.
I love that accessories empower women of all shapes and sizes, and have the power to evoke different parts of our personalities. A pair of boots can make us feel unstoppable. Sneakers make us feel ready for anything the day throws our way. A pair of heels can make us feel beautiful and powerful. With a pair of shoes, we can step into whoever we want to become.
I live in Los Angeles with my husband, Bryan, and our pup, Beasley and enjoy samba dancing, having dinner parties, and practicing meditation. Always passionate about learning, I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
